Krystal Marie Ball
Krystal Marie (born on November 24 1982) is an American political commentator. She was previously a political hopeful as an American television host at MSNBC, a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post, former co-host and host of the show The Hill's Rising along with Saagarenjeti. In the month of May, 2021 Ball and Enjeti announced that they were quitting the show to launch their own project called Breaking Points with Krystal and Saagar. Ball hosts along with Kyle Kulinski on the podcast Krystal Kyle & Friends. She has appeared as a guest in shows such as Real Time with Bill Maher, Fox News (CNBC), Fox News (Fox News) as well as CNN (CNBC). Ball was married to Jonathan Dariyanani in 2020. Ball attributes her continued interest in politics and her experience as a new mom during the 2008 primaries. She also followed the US presidential election from Jordan as she was working in Jordan. She was able to observe how the election affected the people of that country and developed an appreciation for US politics' global impact. She was a Senior Fellow with the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party nominee in Virginia's 1st Congressional District for Congress in 2010, but lost to Rob Wittman, who is the incumbent Republican. She hosted The Cycle on MSNBC from June 2012 until July 2015. She co-hosted the MSNBC show The Cycle from June 2012 to July 2015.
