Kyra Minturn
Kyra Minturn (born on 19th August 1965) is an American actress from the United States. Her most well-known role is her part as Deputy Chief Brenda Leigh Johnson in the TNT crime drama The Closer. Sedgwick was honored with the Golden Globe Award and an Emmy Award for her portrayal as Johnson in 2007. Following the seventh season Sedgwick received the Golden Globe Award in 2007 as well as an Emmy Award in 2010. The show ended on August 13th on the 13th of August, 2012. Sedgwick's recurring role of Madeline Wuntch in the sitcom Brooklyn Nine-Nine is also notable. Sedgwick was nominated for the Golden Globe award in 1995 for her performance in Something to Talk About. Sedgwick's film roles include Oliver Stone's Born in July (1989), Cameron Crowe's Individuals (1992) as well as Heart and Souls (1993), Phenomenon (1996) as well as What's cooking (2000) as well as Secondhand Lions (2003).
